# MIGRATION NOTICE We will be migrating INUKO holder to the MangaFi ecosystem on Ethereum mainnet over a 14 months exercise! ### What is going to happen? #### 1) One click migration portal INUKO holders will be able to convert INUKO to xHONO on the MangaFi DApp from 28th August 2023 onwards. A total of 26,441.26303 xHONO has been allocated by the MangaFi project for conversion based on a bonding curve. ***NOTE: xHONO is not immediately liquid and is a NOT A QUICK EXIT STRATEGY for INUKO holders.*** To find out more about the conversion rates and calculation, please read the [MangaFi documentations](https://docs.mangafi.org/xhono-token/how-to-get-xhono/inuko-to-xhono). #### 2) Removal of INUKO-USDT Liquidity on 2nd Oct 2024 We will be removing INUKO liquidity from Pancakeswap on 2nd October 2024 (*approximately 14 months from the time of writing*). This gives holders an ample amount of time to make a decision on what to do with their INUKO. #### 3) Change of treasury use The treasury will be moved to a revenue generating resource under MangaFi. ### Why migrate? Management of the INUKO project has been handed over to the Manga Token team since 8th August 2023 in order to extend the capabilities of the team and grow the product further with a global strategy in mind. The first step of this strategy is to consolidate both projects at the technical level and bring both communities together; hence the migration is call for. ### What is xHONO? Why should I convert? Conversion to xHONO is entirely ***optional***. Holders can choose not to migrate and still continue to holder INUKO until the [INUKO-USDT liquidity is removed](#2-removal-of-inuko-usdt-liquidity-on-2nd-oct-2024). xHONO is the governance token for the MangaFi ecosystem. It can be used to manage conversion emissions on the MangaFi DApp and also be used to select the next up & coming manga fan coin launches. xHONO is **NOT IMMEDIATELY LIQUID**, as there is NO open market to sell xHONO for other altcoins or cryptocurrencies. xHONO can only be converted on the MangaFI DApp to HONO, the core project token which is liquid on the market, at a 1-to-1 conversion rate coupled with a small fee. The purpose of converting to xHONO is to help long term INUKO holders retain their value as HONO is a semi-stable token backed by ethereum and its growth is funded by real revenue streams. xHONO holders will be able to enjoy the benefits of long term growth without worrying about the volatility of the crypto markets.
